Using the connector

Terms of Service

Draft · Effective date pending operator confirmation

Jarvis Social Connector supports owner-authorized social account workflows within the permissions made available by each provider.

These terms apply to use of the connector. By using the service, you agree to these terms. “The operator” refers to the person operating Jarvis Social Connector under the Stream Sniper brand.

1. Purpose and current scope

The service is a private account-management integration being built for the account owner’s approved accounts. Depending on available platform access, it may support account connections, content preparation, approved publishing workflows, publication records, and permitted performance information. Customer accounts are not currently supported.

2. Authorized accounts only

You must own or control each connected account, or have the account owner’s permission to authorize access. You are responsible for the content and actions you approve and for keeping access to your local Jarvis environment secure. Do not share social passwords or authorization tokens through this website or support messages.

3. Platform permissions and rules

You must follow each connected platform’s terms, policies, and applicable restrictions. Only request and use permissions needed for an approved workflow. Connecting an account does not grant unrestricted posting rights or permission to act outside a platform’s rules.

Features are subject to the provider’s authorization, review, rate limits, and API availability. These terms do not represent approval, certification, partnership, or endorsement by TikTok, Meta, Google, or any other platform.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized activity; to infringe another person’s rights; or to publish content you do not have permission to use. Do not bypass platform security, permission requirements, access controls, or rate limits. Do not attempt to access another person’s data without authorization.

5. Availability and limitations

The service is under development. Features may be limited, interrupted, changed, or unavailable. No guarantee is made that a platform will approve access, that an action will succeed, or that an API will remain available. Check the status of important actions on the relevant platform and keep copies of content you need.

6. Revocation and stopping use

You can stop using the service and revoke account access through the provider’s connected-app or account settings. The operator may disable a connection or workflow if authorization is withdrawn, misuse occurs, or a provider requires it. Revoking access does not automatically undo completed platform actions. The Privacy Policy explains retained data and deletion requests.

7. Changes to the service and terms

The operator may change or discontinue the service as platform access and requirements evolve. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Review changes before continuing to use the service.

8. Contact

For questions about these terms, account access, or the service, contact the operator of Jarvis Social Connector.
